Having grown up in Wagga Wagga, NSW and now living in Ballarat, Victoria, Dr Collingwood is regionally focused and committed to providing care to Ballarat, The Goldfields and Western Districts of Victoria.
Dr Collingwood completed his Specialty training at Epworth, Alfred and Barwon Health Rehabilitation Hospitals. Most recently he worked as a staff specialist with the South Australian Spinal Cord Injury Service at the Repat and Royal Adelaide Hospitals.

Dr. Collingwood (BMedSci, MBBS, FAFRM RACP) is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He is currently studying a Masters in Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne.
His approach draws upon a lifelong interest in exercise physiology and training, and previous careers as an elite road racing cyclist, clinical biochemist and physiology specialising in cardiopulmonary and exercise testing.
All patients require an up to date referral to a rehabilitation specialist. A GP Referral is valid for 12 months, referrals from specialists are valid for 3 months only.
Referrals should include an up to date medications list, vitamins and supplements, allergies, adverse drug reactions, past medical and surgical history, and list the current doctors and therapists involved in your care.
Prior to your visit you may be requested to complete a pre-visit questionnaire to maximise the quality of your consultation.
Dr Collingwood works with your existing team of GP, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapist and psychologists and medical specialists to achieve your best outcome.
Dr Collingwood accepts referrals from insured and non-insured patients, NDIS participants, TAC, WorkSafe and other compensation schemes.
TAC, Worksafe and other compensable patients usually require approval from their insurer prior to there appointment.
Injections are ultrasound guided to optimise results.

Home visits to clients in rural and remote locations will be considered on an individual basis and will usually incur a fee to cover the cost and time to travel. Travel time may be funded by TAC, Workcover and other compensation schemes.
